By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, or purchasing a paid service through the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

KEY TERMS AT A GLANCE

Age: The general RaizHub service is intended for users aged 18 or over unless we expressly launch a separate age-appropriate service under different terms.

Connections and messaging: A Connect request does not create a connection automatically. Private direct messaging may be limited to users who have mutually connected.

Your content: You keep ownership of content you create, but give us the limited licence needed to host, display, distribute and technically process it to operate RaizHub.

Safety and moderation: Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative and other prohibited content is not allowed. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts in accordance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Events and tickets: Unless clearly stated otherwise, event organisers are responsible for their events. RaizHub may act as a platform or payment/ticketing intermediary.

Paid features: Prices, duration, renewal and cancellation information will be shown before purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

Account action: We may restrict or terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches, safety risks, legal requirements, fraud or misuse, with notice where reasonably appropriate.

Your legal rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

1. ABOUT RAIZHUB AND THESE TERMS

1.1 RaizHub is a community-focused digital platform designed to help people discover and connect through heritage, roots, current city, language, interests, communities, trusted businesses, cultural content and events.

1.2 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and XAATAA CLEANING LTD when you use the Platform.

1.3 Additional terms may apply to particular features, campaigns, ticket sales, business services or promotions. Where additional terms apply, we will make them available before you use or purchase the relevant feature. If there is a conflict, the specific terms for that feature will prevail only to the extent of the conflict.

1.4 Our Privacy Notice and Community Guidelines, as made available on the Platform, form part of the rules governing use of RaizHub. They do not reduce any rights you have under applicable law.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create a standard RaizHub account or use the general social, messaging, marketplace, business, event or payment features, unless we expressly make a separate age-appropriate version of RaizHub available under different terms.

2.2 By creating an account you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and are not prohibited by law from using the Platform.

2.3 If you use RaizHub on behalf of a company, organisation, community, promoter or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity. In that case, “you” includes that entity where the context requires.

2.4 We may use proportionate age-assurance or verification measures where required by law, necessary for safety, or appropriate for a particular feature.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

3.1 You must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading. You must not impersonate another person or organisation or create an account using information you are not entitled to use.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account where that activity results from your failure to take reasonable security precautions.

3.3 You must notify us promptly at info@raizhub.co.uk if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without permission or used fraudulently.

3.4 We may require email, phone, identity, business or other verification where reasonably necessary to protect users, reduce fraud, comply with law or provide a particular feature.

3.5 You may not sell, rent, transfer or commercially trade your personal RaizHub account without our written permission.

4. USER PROFILES, ROOTS, LOCATION AND DISCOVERY

4.1 RaizHub may allow you to provide information such as country of origin, current city, languages, interests, hobbies, profession, communities and social interests. You decide what optional information to provide, subject to required onboarding and safety fields.

4.2 You must not provide false location, identity, professional or verification information in a way that is likely to deceive or harm others.

4.3 Location information may be used to personalise people, community, business and event recommendations. Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, displaying a city or approximate distance does not mean that we disclose your precise real-time location to other users.

4.4 Recommendations, rankings, suggestions and “For You” results are generated using automated systems and signals such as location, roots, language, interests, community membership, connections, freshness, activity and safety signals. Recommendations are not guarantees of compatibility, quality, trustworthiness or suitability.

5. CONNECT REQUESTS AND RELATIONSHIPS

5.1 RaizHub uses a request-and-accept connection model. Sending a Connect request does not automatically create a mutual connection.

5.2 A recipient may accept, decline, ignore or block a Connect request. Users are not required to explain a decision to decline or ignore a request.

5.3 Where RaizHub limits private messaging to connected users, private messaging becomes available only after the connection has been accepted, subject to privacy, blocking, moderation and safety controls.

5.4 You must not use Connect requests, profile discovery or messaging to harass, intimidate, repeatedly pressure, stalk, threaten, solicit unlawfully or evade another user’s block or refusal.

5.5 We may limit, delay or prevent connection requests where our systems identify spam, automation, fraud, harassment, unusual activity or other safety risks.

6. MESSAGES AND PRIVATE COMMUNICATIONS

6.1 RaizHub may provide direct messaging and community messaging. Direct messaging permissions may depend on connection status and other privacy settings.

6.2 Messages must comply with these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Private communications are not exempt from rules against illegal content, threats, exploitation, fraud, harassment, non-consensual intimate material or other prohibited conduct.

6.3 We may process message metadata and, where lawfully necessary, message content for delivery, security, abuse prevention, user reports, legal compliance and safety functions, as further described in our Privacy Notice.

6.4 Blocking a user may prevent future contact and other interactions. Removing a connection may restrict future direct messages even if historic conversation records remain visible, subject to our product design and legal retention requirements.

7. USER CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP

7.1 “User Content” means content you upload, post, transmit, stream, publish or otherwise make available through RaizHub, including text, photographs, video, audio, comments, messages, profile information, event listings, business listings and other materials.

7.2 You retain ownership of intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content.

7.3 You grant RaizHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, transcode, adapt for technical purposes, display, communicate and distribute your User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and provide the Platform in accordance with your selected audience and privacy settings.

7.4 This licence includes the right to permit our hosting, content-delivery, moderation, analytics and other service providers to process User Content solely as necessary to provide services to us. We do not acquire ownership of your User Content by reason of this licence.

7.5 For content you intentionally make public, the licence also permits normal Platform functions such as previews, resharing, search results, recommendations and promotional presentation within RaizHub. We will not use your identity or content to falsely suggest a paid endorsement of RaizHub or a third party without an appropriate legal basis or permission.

7.6 The licence generally ends when User Content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup cycles, content legitimately reshared by others, dispute or safety records, legal obligations and other circumstances explained in our Privacy Notice.

7.7 You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload User Content and that our use of it as described in these Terms will not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.

8. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT

8.1 You must not use RaizHub to create, upload, solicit, promote, facilitate, distribute or intentionally engage with content or activity that is illegal or that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

8.2 Prohibited content and conduct includes, without limitation: child sexual exploitation or abuse material; grooming or sexual exploitation of children; terrorist content or unlawful encouragement of terrorism; credible threats or incitement to violence; trafficking or exploitation; fraud, scams or identity theft; unlawful sale or promotion of controlled drugs, weapons or prohibited goods; harassment, stalking or coercive abuse; hate crimes or unlawful hateful conduct; non-consensual intimate images or sexual material; cyberflashing; unlawful encouragement or assistance of serious self-harm; doxxing or unlawful disclosure of private information; intellectual-property infringement; impersonation intended to deceive; malware, phishing or credential theft; and any other content or activity that is unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction.

8.3 We may also prohibit lawful but harmful or disruptive content under our Community Guidelines, including spam, mass unsolicited promotion, coordinated manipulation, deceptive engagement tactics, graphic sexual content, repeated targeted abuse or activity that materially undermines user safety or the integrity of the Platform.

8.4 You must not scrape the Platform, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, overload our systems, use bots to create artificial activity, harvest personal data, bypass rate limits, interfere with security features or access another user’s account without authority.

8.5 You must not use RaizHub to discriminate unlawfully in employment, housing, services, advertising, events or other regulated activities.

9. CONTENT MODERATION, SAFETY AND ENFORCEMENT

9.1 We may use automated systems, human review, user reports and trusted signals to identify content or conduct that may breach these Terms, our Community Guidelines or applicable law.

9.2 Depending on the nature, severity, context and history of a breach, we may take proportionate action including reducing distribution, adding warnings, removing content, disabling comments or features, restricting contact, preventing uploads, limiting recommendations, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, preserving evidence, or reporting matters to competent authorities where required or appropriate by law.

9.3 We aim to apply our published rules consistently. We may take urgent action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address illegal content, credible safety risks, fraud, security threats, legal obligations or imminent harm.

9.4 Where reasonably appropriate, we may tell you the reason for a significant moderation action and provide a route to challenge or appeal it. We may withhold information where disclosure would create a safety or security risk, prejudice an investigation, expose confidential information or be prohibited by law.

9.5 We do not guarantee that all harmful or unlawful content will be identified immediately. Users should use reporting and blocking tools and contact emergency services where there is an immediate danger.

10. REPORTING CONTENT AND COMPLAINTS

10.1 Users and affected persons may report content, accounts, messages, events, listings or conduct using in-app reporting tools where available or by emailing info@raizhub.co.uk.

10.2 A report should, where possible, identify the relevant account, content, message, event or URL and explain the concern. Do not send illegal images or other unlawful material by email unless specifically instructed by an authorised authority or our safety team.

10.3 We may prioritise reports involving immediate safety risks, suspected illegal content, exploitation, fraud, threats or other serious harm.

10.4 You may complain about certain moderation decisions, content that you believe should be removed, account restrictions or our handling of a report. We will operate complaint procedures appropriate to the Platform and applicable legal requirements.

10.5 Where an appeal option is provided, you should submit it within the period stated in the notice. Repeated abusive, knowingly false or bad-faith reports may themselves violate these Terms.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF RAIZHUB

11.1 The Platform, including our software, design, databases, branding, logos, graphics, interface, code, compilations and other materials created by or for us, is owned by or licensed to RaizHub and is protected by intellectual-property law.

11.2 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.

11.3 You may not copy, sell, license, commercially exploit, create derivative products from, or use RaizHub branding in a misleading manner except with our written permission or where law expressly permits.

11.4 If you believe content on RaizHub infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact info@raizhub.co.uk with sufficient information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your rights and your contact details.

12. COMMUNITIES

12.1 RaizHub may allow users to create, join, manage or participate in communities. Community access may be public, private, approval-based or role-based.

12.2 Community administrators and moderators must apply their powers responsibly and must not use RaizHub to discriminate unlawfully, harass members, conceal illegal activity or misrepresent official affiliation.

12.3 Community rules may supplement these Terms but may not authorise conduct prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.

12.4 We may remove, restrict or transfer administrative control of a community where reasonably necessary because of abandonment, impersonation, legal rights, serious rule violations, safety or security concerns.

13. BUSINESS ACCOUNTS, BUSINESS LISTINGS AND VERIFICATION

13.1 Businesses may be able to create listings, profiles, advertisements, offers or other commercial content. Business users must provide accurate identity, contact, pricing, availability and legal information required for the relevant activity.

13.2 A verification badge or “verified” status means only that we have carried out the checks described for that feature. Unless expressly stated, it is not a guarantee, warranty or endorsement of the quality, legality, solvency, safety or suitability of a business, promoter or user.

13.3 Business users remain responsible for their goods, services, licences, taxes, employment obligations, consumer-law duties, advertising claims and regulatory compliance.

13.4 Businesses must clearly identify themselves as traders where required by law and must not pretend to be private consumers in order to avoid consumer obligations.

14. ADVERTISING, BOOSTS AND PROMOTED CONTENT

14.1 RaizHub may offer paid advertising, boosted posts, promoted business listings or promoted events. Promoted content will be identified in a manner appropriate to the feature.

14.2 Payment for promotion buys the advertising or distribution opportunity described at checkout; it does not guarantee a particular number of views, clicks, connections, sales, attendees or other result unless we expressly guarantee a metric in writing.

14.3 We may reject, pause or remove advertising that breaches law, advertising standards, our policies or these Terms, or that creates unacceptable safety, fraud or reputational risks.

14.4 Advertisers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, substantiation and targeting of their advertisements and for obtaining any permissions required for intellectual property, personal data, regulated products or claims.

14.5 Where a promotion is cancelled because the advertiser materially breached these Terms or applicable policy, refunds may be withheld to the extent permitted by law and proportionate to services already supplied, costs incurred and the circumstances of the breach.

15. EVENTS AND EVENT ORGANISERS

15.1 RaizHub may enable organisers to list, promote and manage events. Unless the checkout or event page expressly states that RaizHub is the organiser, the event organiser is responsible for the event itself.

15.2 Organisers are responsible for accurate event descriptions, venue permissions, licences, capacity, accessibility information, age restrictions, performer or supplier arrangements, health and safety, security, insurance where appropriate, taxes and all laws applicable to the event.

15.3 Organisers must promptly update or cancel listings where material information changes. They must not use false attendee counts, fake scarcity, misleading ticket prices or fabricated endorsements.

15.4 “Going”, “Interested”, attendee avatars and similar social indicators reflect Platform activity and do not guarantee actual attendance.

15.5 RaizHub may remove or restrict events where we reasonably believe there is fraud, illegality, a serious safety issue, deceptive conduct, intellectual-property infringement or a material breach of these Terms.

16. TICKETS, BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

16.1 Where ticketing is available, the event page or checkout will identify the seller, organiser, ticket price, applicable fees and key purchase conditions. Unless stated otherwise, RaizHub provides the platform and may facilitate payment as agent or intermediary for the organiser.

16.2 A ticket grants the rights described for the relevant event and is subject to event-specific restrictions, venue rules, capacity, identification requirements and applicable law.

16.3 Event tickets or leisure services supplied for a specific date or period may not carry the general statutory cooling-off right that applies to some distance contracts. This does not affect any other rights you may have if an event is cancelled, materially changed, misdescribed or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer law.

16.4 Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, the organiser’s lawful refund policy, the event-specific terms and applicable law. Any term that conflicts with mandatory consumer rights will not apply to the extent of that conflict.

16.5 If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, the organiser must comply with applicable legal obligations and the policy shown at purchase. Where RaizHub processes a refund on the organiser’s behalf, funds will normally be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times and applicable law.

16.6 Tickets may not be resold, transferred or used commercially except where the event rules and applicable law permit. We may invalidate tickets obtained by fraud, chargeback abuse, automated purchasing, prohibited resale or other material breach.

16.7 RaizHub is not responsible for travel, accommodation, food, merchandise or other consequential costs arising from an event cancellation or change except where applicable law makes us responsible.

17. MARKETPLACE, LISTINGS AND USER-TO-USER TRANSACTIONS

17.1 If RaizHub offers marketplace or listing features, a transaction between users is generally a contract between the buyer and seller unless the relevant checkout expressly states otherwise.

17.2 Sellers must accurately describe items or services and disclose whether they are acting as a trader where required by law. Traders remain responsible for consumer rights, refunds, product safety, taxes and other legal obligations.

17.3 Users must not list stolen, counterfeit, unlawful, dangerous, recalled or prohibited goods or services, or items that breach our policies.

17.4 We may provide reporting, payment or dispute-assistance tools, but we do not guarantee the identity, quality, legality or performance of users or listings unless we expressly state that we are the seller or provide a specific guarantee.

18. JOBS, BICOS, OPPORTUNITIES AND PROFESSIONAL LISTINGS

18.1 Where RaizHub enables users or businesses to post jobs, short-term opportunities, “bicos”, services or professional opportunities, the person or organisation posting the opportunity is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the offer.

18.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, RaizHub is not the employer, employment agency, worker, contractor or party to any employment or services relationship formed between users.

18.3 Posters and applicants are responsible for applicable right-to-work checks, worker status, minimum wage, tax, insurance, health and safety, discrimination law, licences and other obligations.

18.4 You must not post exploitative, discriminatory, fraudulent, unsafe or illegal work opportunities.

19. PROJECTS, FUNDRAISING AND INVESTMENT-RELATED CONTENT

19.1 RaizHub is not a bank, investment firm, broker, financial adviser or crowdfunding operator merely because users discuss businesses, projects or investment opportunities on the Platform.

19.2 User-generated information about a business, project, return, opportunity or investment is not advice from RaizHub and must not be treated as a guarantee of performance.

19.3 You must not use RaizHub to make an unlawful financial promotion, offer regulated investments without required authorisation or approval, run an unauthorised collective investment or crowdfunding scheme, or mislead users about returns, risk or regulatory status.

19.4 We may restrict investment-related content or require additional approval, verification or separate terms before allowing regulated or potentially regulated activity.

20. PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT PROCESSORS

20.1 Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply to the payment service they provide.

20.2 You must provide valid payment information and are responsible for charges you authorise. You must not use stolen payment credentials, manipulate payment flows, abuse chargebacks or attempt to avoid legitimate fees.

20.3 Prices, taxes, platform fees, organiser fees and other charges will be presented before you confirm a purchase where required by law.

20.4 We may delay or withhold payouts to business users or organisers where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, chargebacks, refunds, sanctions, legal claims, event cancellations, security issues or material breaches, subject to applicable law and any separate payment terms.

20.5 Payment failures, bank processing times and card-authorisation decisions may be controlled by payment providers or financial institutions rather than RaizHub.

21. DIGITAL FEATURES, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

21.1 Some features may require a one-off payment, subscription, promotional budget or other paid digital service. Before purchase we will provide the key price, duration, billing, renewal and cancellation information required for that purchase.

21.2 If a subscription renews automatically, the renewal terms and price will be presented in accordance with applicable law. You may cancel future renewal through the method shown in the relevant account or purchase flow.

21.3 Where consumer law gives you a cancellation period for a service or digital content, those rights apply. If you expressly ask us to begin supplying a service during a statutory cancellation period, you may be required to pay for the proportion already supplied; for certain digital content, you may lose the cancellation right after giving the legally required express consent and acknowledgement.

21.4 Nothing in these Terms limits remedies or quality standards that apply under mandatory consumer law.

22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, LINKS AND APP STORES

22.1 RaizHub may contain links, embeds, maps, payment services, ticket providers, websites or services supplied by third parties. We do not control third-party services and their own terms and privacy notices may apply.

22.2 A link or integration does not by itself mean that RaizHub endorses or guarantees the third party.

22.3 If you download RaizHub through Apple App Store, Google Play or another app marketplace, the marketplace’s terms may also govern your use of its distribution, billing, refund and device services. To the extent required by the applicable store rules, those rules prevail for the store-provided function.

23. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY, CHANGES AND BETA FEATURES

23.1 We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, outages, security incidents, third-party failures and technical problems may temporarily affect the Platform.

23.2 We may add, remove or change features where reasonably necessary to improve RaizHub, address safety or legal requirements, adapt to technology, prevent abuse or respond to business needs.

23.3 We will not use this clause to remove a material paid consumer benefit in a manner that unfairly deprives you of what you purchased. Where a material paid feature changes, we will provide any notice, remedy or refund required by law.

23.4 Beta, experimental or early-access features may be less reliable and may be changed or withdrawn. We will identify them where appropriate.

24. SUSPENSION, RESTRICTION AND TERMINATION

24.1 You may stop using RaizHub at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting us, subject to identity verification and lawful retention.

24.2 We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably justified by a serious or repeated breach, illegal activity, fraud, safety risk, security incident, abuse of payment systems, evasion of enforcement, legal requirement or material risk to the Platform or users.

24.3 Except where urgent action is reasonably necessary, we will aim to provide appropriate notice or information about significant account action and, where applicable, access to a complaint or appeal route.

24.4 Following termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue, including intellectual-property provisions, payment obligations already incurred, dispute provisions, liability terms and lawful records.

24.5 Account deletion or termination may not remove content that another user has lawfully reshared, records we must retain for legal or safety reasons, completed transaction records, or content required to resolve a dispute.

25. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR INTERACTIONS AND REAL-WORLD MEETINGS

25.1 RaizHub helps people discover and connect but cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, behaviour, background or safety of every user, business, community or event participant.

25.2 Use reasonable caution when meeting people, attending events, buying goods or entering transactions. Consider meeting in public, protecting personal information, verifying relevant details and telling someone you trust where appropriate.

25.3 If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency services. In-app reporting is not an emergency service.

26. DISCLAIMERS

26.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26.2 Subject to clause 26.1, user-generated content, recommendations, business listings, profiles and community information may be incomplete, inaccurate or misleading. RaizHub does not warrant that user-generated statements are true.

26.3 Recommendations and rankings are tools for discovery and are not professional, legal, medical, financial, employment, immigration, safety or other specialist advice.

26.4 We do not guarantee that any particular user will connect with you, that an event will reach a particular attendance level, that a promotion will achieve a particular result, or that third-party goods or services will meet your expectations.

27. LIABILITY TO CONSUMERS

27.1 If you use RaizHub as a consumer, we are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

27.2 We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, losses caused by your breach or misuse, or business losses where you are using the Platform wholly as a consumer.

27.3 We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your non-excludable statutory rights.

27.4 Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

28. LIABILITY TO BUSINESS USERS

28.1 This clause applies where you use RaizHub wholly or mainly for your trade, business, craft or profession.

28.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to a business user for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity or loss of data that is not caused by our breach of a legally binding duty.

28.3 Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability to a business user arising from the Platform in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) £1,000 and (b) the total fees actually paid by that business user to RaizHub for the specific paid services giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.

28.4 The limitations in this clause do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

29. BUSINESS USER INDEMNITY

29.1 If you use RaizHub as a business, organiser, advertiser or professional seller, you will be responsible for reasonable losses, liabilities, damages, costs and third-party claims suffered by us to the extent directly caused by your unlawful content, your event, your products or services, your infringement of third-party rights, your breach of law or your material breach of these Terms.

29.2 This clause does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach, and it does not apply to consumers acting outside a business context.

30. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

30.1 Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, which explains the categories of information we collect, purposes, legal bases, sharing, retention, international transfers, security and your rights.

30.2 These Terms do not constitute consent to data processing where consent is legally required. We will request consent separately where appropriate.

30.3 You must respect other users’ privacy and must not collect, scrape, sell, publish or misuse personal information obtained through RaizHub in breach of law or these Terms.

31. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

31.1 We may update these Terms to reflect legal or regulatory changes, new features, safety requirements, changes to our business, or improvements in clarity.

31.2 If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, email or another appropriate method before it takes effect, unless urgent legal, regulatory or security reasons require a shorter period.

31.3 Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued under a completed consumer purchase.

31.4 If you do not agree to materially updated Terms, you may stop using RaizHub and close your account before the new terms apply.

32. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

32.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you as a consumer in the country or part of the United Kingdom where you live.

32.2 If you are a consumer resident in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales may hear disputes. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may generally bring proceedings in the courts where you live, and we may only require another forum where the law permits.

32.3 If you are a consumer outside the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

32.4 If you are a business user, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek urgent injunctive or protective relief in any court with appropriate jurisdiction.

32.5 Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact info@raizhub.co.uk so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

33. GENERAL TERMS

33.1 If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The affected provision will be interpreted or limited only to the minimum extent necessary where law permits.

33.2 A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

33.3 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, reorganisation, financing, sale of business or transfer of the RaizHub service, provided that doing so does not materially reduce mandatory consumer protections. We will provide notice where required.

33.4 You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our consent, except where applicable law gives you that right.

33.5 These Terms, together with policies and feature-specific terms expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and us regarding the Platform, without excluding statements or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

33.6 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

33.7 If we provide a translated version of these Terms, the English version will govern to the extent permitted by law if there is a conflict, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
